At DSRO, we believe that there are no bad questions and invite you to feel free to ask. Below you will find some commonly asked questions.

Q: What if I have a dental emergency?

A: If you are having a dental emergency call the office. We will be happy to make sure you are taken care of. For after hours dental emergencies contact the doctor, or our manager Kate Smith, their numbers will be listed on the answering machine message.

Q: Does your office offer payment plans?

A: Yes. We offer CareCredit financing, pre-payment options, and ask about our in-office payment plans.

Q: Do you take my dental insurance?

A: DSRO accepts a wide range of insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dentemax, MetLife, Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian and United Concordia. Please call to get your complimentary benefit analysis.

Q: Will my dental procedure hurt?

A: While all dental procedures are different, we do our best to make you comfortable. We offer N2O gas (laughing gas), oral sedation (valium) and IV sedation. It is our goal to make each dental visit a pleasant experience.

Q: Can I have my teeth cleaned at your office?

A: Yes! Starla, our hygienist, works on Saturday’s. She would love to meet you and go over your oral hygiene needs.
